Richard Neidert - President

After starting in Mechanical Engineering, Richard graduated from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Systems Design Engineering, with a Minor in Management Science. He then completed a Master of Applied Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering where his thesis work was on the application of Object Oriented Programming for Industrial Control.

Richard has spent more than 10 years as the President of various systems integration businesses where his primary focus was strategy development and innovation.

Richard's experience in strategy development and innovation combined with his software engineering background provides a unique mix of skills that enables him to help streamline OASYS clients' operational processes.

When not working on the next big idea, Richard enjoys golf, skiing and snowboarding or just hanging out in Margaritaville with his wife Mic and dog Shadow.


JR Gaulin - Chief Software Architect

JR received a Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo after completing a double major in Computer Science and Business Administration.

His background in relational data design and structured development was refined with more than 10 years experience designing systems for clients in the banking and manufacturing sectors.

JR is a Microsoft Certified Professional who is bilingual in English and French. Most of JR's recent development is based on Microsoft SQL Server, ASP.Net, C#, and Java.

JR makes his home in Guelph, Ontario and when he is not programming he enjoys the outdoors with his wife Terri and dog Bear.
