The Primary Processing Module of our SureMeat appplications is designed specifically for meat slaughtering operations. The SureMeat system has the ability to track animals from the finishing barns right through the slaughtering process to the dressed carcass meat cooler.

The Value Added Processing modules consist of: Packaging, Yield Management, Dry Goods Management.
